Timebomb or Timeless?

Rainbow-Spirit-Words-Heart

Hafiz, the Sufi mystic poet, said “The words you speak become the house you live in.”  How are you choosing to speak today?  Every word we say will lead us on a path of destruction or construction.  Start taking note of the words you say throughout the day and assess how they make you feel and how they may make others feel.

If our breath is the bridge to our highest Self, then our words are the signposts that guide us up and over the bridge.  Our words give us direction and put us in an energy field that will promote growth or cause us to step back.

I’m not saying that there isn’t a time and place to say a few 4 letter words, but in today’s conversation these types of words are rampant in everyday speak and they shut us down from opening up to our true selves.  And, it’s not just the 4 letter words that are the issue, there are words or phrases like “I want”, “If I…”, “I can’t”, etc. that promote a lack type awareness and when we fill our brain with lack we are certain to manifest lack in our lives. These kinds of words and thinking are timebombs  ready to detonate and leave a nuclear mess in your path.

Timeless words are words in which promote growth for you and others around you.  Try saying “I am love”, “I am abundance”, “I am happiness” and you will see these states manifest in your life.  Your perception of love, abundance, and happiness will evolve into a higher state of recognition.

When I use timebomb language, I can feel myself shutting down and I feel constricted.  The contraction then starts showing in my actions. You know what happens when we put enough pressure on something?  It breaks!  In a timebomb state, the way we express life isn’t free, it’s constricted and there is no room for expression.

In a timeless state, we are fluid from our thoughts to our words to our actions. We are a thinking, walking, and talking expression of love.  When we are in a timeless state we are connected to the divine’s timeless energy.

Do you want to be a timebomb always scared to take your next step or do you want to be timeless fluidity evolving forward in your fullest expression?  Words do matter.  They are the manifestation of our thoughts. Words help us crystalize our reality. Our words are the signposts that help us climb the bridge.

Let’s follow a different map and connect to the infinite realm of being.  We are love.  We are happiness.  We are abundance.   We are timelessly interwoven whose souls are clothed by the words in which we think.

My anxiety & depression have been really bad lately & today I woke up & my first thought was “my anxiety is bad, & I’m sad…today is gonna suck” but immediately after that I told myself “no I’m gonna have a good day bc I will allow myself to have a good day” funny that happened & then I read this. 🙂

I love this piece..It’s so true how words create or destroy, heal or hurt. Words spoken can be as powerful as is the negative self talk we tell ourselves. I am quick to say, “i’m angry I’m sad, I’m depressed, I am fearful,”reaffirming this as a a state of “I am”. I’m giving words the power to define not only how I feel but who I am. Words and thoughts actually have the power to define me! I am not accustomed to saying “I am abundance, I am happiness, I am love” so why not allow this to define me instead! Our lives are absolutely an outward manifestation of our on going story we tell ourselves.. To speak kind words have a ripple effect and it does come back to me in some way. . Yogi’s and sages of old knew the power of words, by using Mantra.. Man: which means mind, and tra: which means to traverse; to bridge over. Even in the Bible in Genesis, God spoke creation into being. Words are powerful. Thank you for reminding me how important they are! I will choose them more carefully I hope. Sat Nam
